 Kerry McCoy featured in Entrepreneur magazine

Entrepreneur magazine's cover story is about Entrepreneurs across the 50 states of America. For Arkansas, they focus on Arkansas Flag and Banner founder, Kerry McCoy. 

"You have to put the money back into the business," says Little Rock entrepreneur Kerry Krouse Thompson McCoy. "It's as simple as that." 

Beginning with $400, Thompson McCoy has followed her own advice since founding Arkansas Flag and Banner Inc. in 1975. The results - International contracts with the likes of McDonald's Coca-Cola and American Express - speak for themselves. T

Thompson McCoy's custom work, which involves hand-painting, screen printing and more keeps her business flying high. "Fifty-five percent of our business is custom work," she says proudly. "Sewing is our specialty." But after nearly 20 years of success, Thompson McCoy, 38, still marvels at how far she's come. And with sales nearing $1 million, it's no wonder why.
