Arkansas Flag and Banner Owner Presents Flag History at Sertoman's Program

Kerry Krouse (right) poses with flag flown over the national Capitol in Washington, D.C. she secured through Senator McClellan's Office for presentation to the North Little Rock Sertoman Club. Kerry presented the Sertoman's program Wednesday, giving the Club the history of the various flags flown by our country. Sertoman and NLR Police Officer, Charles Fulmer (left), poses with the special flag and Kerry because the Sertoman program was dedicated by the program chairman, Doyle Venable, to Fulmer.
