2/8/2024	IT WORKED OUT PEEEEEERFECTLY!!! Thank you for your goodness in putting so much effort into getting it here to me—and the Miami store rocked it as well! They created the flags in one day and a couple of the missionaries in that area got them picked up from the Maimi store and delivered to us just in time for the Zone Conference to start. We hung all 6 flags up for our first of three conferences that we are holding this week. It practically looked like an Olympic Stadium in the room!! (Grin. I wish I were that good at staging/decorating for an event...but I know you know what I am sayin'. At least the flags looked fabulous!) We’re using them again today and tomorrow. 8/22/2023	Good morning Ashley,I bought one of your 6’x10’ outdoor tough Tex USA flags and one of your competitors and to my surprise Your flag made it the 80-90 mph straight winds we encountered here in central Okla last month and your competition flag was ripped to pieces.Your flags are really tough and I have finally found a flag company that makes a wind strong flag. I fly two 6’x10’ USA flags at a time in my front yard, each on its own 45’ flag pole.In the past I was buying 4 to 6 flags every year to keep my American display alive. 6/7/2021	Dear Ms. McCoy, I am writing to draw to your attention the outstanding efforts of your colleague, Kelli Rudd. Ms. Rudd spent a great deal of time and effort trying to find a package containing a custom made Great Star flag which I believe had been mislabeled by someone in the shipping dept. I was unable to make any progress with Fed Ex in locating the package which had been stopped in transit at their Hampton facility. In fact I just got caught in the Fed Ex electronic runaround. Ms. Rudd found our package and had the mistake corrected and it arrived safely last night. (May 29, 2021) Our design consultant has reviewed the flag and assures me it is of high quality and that we made the correct choice when we chose your firm to create this replica of the rare Great Star Flag for our WV Day celebration. I also should mention the work of Curtis McNair who worked with us through the design and purchasing process. He worked with us to get the representation correct. Well done. 10/22/2019	Thank you so much for the video on replacing the flag pole rope. I am going to replace mine very soon. How long does the Nylon rope last in weather like northern Ohio? I know it varies, but what is the average. I have the current rope up about 2 years and I think it is due for replacement. Thanks for the recent shipment of the nylon rope. Gene Arnold.

Yours didn’t move! I’ve attached a picture of it. Note that I have the string wound around each screw so that it doesn’t slip from side to side. It is placed on a wall right next to a breezeway. 11/17/2017	Hi, Wendy --- A couple weeks ago you were very helpful in making sure all but one of my flags were in stock. As promised, I am sending you a picture of our international Christmas tree. Our employees were asked to share an ornament that represented their native country or the country of their ancestors. I wanted to add a flag for each country and you had all 35! The tree is now part of the Sea Festival of Trees in a neighboring town ( http://seafestivaloftrees.com/ ) with over 150 trees on display. Over the next two weeks, thousands of people will come to view the trees and purchase raffle tickets that can be dropped in containers next to each tree. October 4, 2016	Sarah: I hope you and your great flag business are doing well. Attached, finally, is the completed California Hethushka flag to include our final modifications. We are very pleased and proud of it. It has received many compliments since it's first use in February of this year. Note that as we intended, we added the sewn-in "Ponca-style ribbon work" using fabric pieces separately sewn on the edges of the flag on both sides of the flag, front and back as well as the 4" fringe. We had to cut the flag stitching apart to sew in the edge design and the fringe, but it all worked well. Let me know what you think of the final version. For Christmas I ordered for my Vietnam Vet husband, the 18’ residential pole, the US flag, a POW flag and the solar light for on top. After a long, cold winter of waiting…this weekend we were finally able to put it up! The solar light shone upon them so brightly in the night, it was beautiful and brought my husband to tears. It is appreciated. 9/11 is a difficult day for many, and in our little town we have held a memorial service every year to honor those lost that day. Ten years ago after the Towers were hit, we sent one of our fire trucks (Ladder 62) into Manhattan that morning. I was on the truck with five other Milltown fireman. We spent two days in South Brooklyn manning an empty NYC fire house. At my business, a funeral home, we handled several tower victims funerals all at no cost. Your 9/11 flag will stand alongside the American flag as a permanent display in my office. i will never buy another flag from any other company except the Flag and Banner Company. For a small business, we seem buy a lot of them. Several years ago, my staff and I, along with some good friends placed at flag in front of every single home in our town. About 2200 flags in all. We began working at midnight on July 3rd, and by the break of day on the 4th, the town woke up to a sea of flags waving. Quite a sight. Again, thank you for your kindness and consideration.-Jerry G.

I was contacted by a family member of a World War 2, Korean War and Vietnam War era Navy Veteran from York, PA. who had passed away. They were in need of a second 9.5 ft. x 5ft. flag by early Saturday afternoon, May 1st for an honor guard and military service. I sensed a bit of panic or urgency. Told them I'll take care of it and not to worry. After checking with the funeral home, they had three other military services the following week and did not have a spare flag.I surfed the NET for 'Flags, York, PA', a list appeared. The very first was a link to your web page. I called and spoke with Jim. Yes you had the flag available. 'Great,' I said, "I'll pick it up first thing Saturday morning since your in York, PA.' Oops... Not so. Jim said, "little Rock, Arkansas." Jim said they could FedEx priority overnight; I should have it by Noon the next day. So I placed the order. in regards the fCalled your show room the next day at 10 am and spoke with Sam. He was able to get the tracking number from Jim within 10 minutes. FedEx arrived at my door at 11:52 am.By 12:09 pm I was out the door for the 90 mile trip north. Arrived with a few minutes to spare. As it turned out the ceremony went like clockwork. March 20, 2009	Our flag is still in great condition and it looks wonderful!! Thank ya'll so much for helping us to keep my brother's memory, an American soldier who gave his life in Iraq, alive and for helping us to honor him in such a patriotic way!! We donated the flag pole and flag to his high school football field, who desperately needed a new flagpole and flag. We often ride out there to check on it and look at the rock with the plaque on it.
