We are currently seeking Sales Consultants in Little Rock, Arkansas

We are looking for two friendly, helpful associates to assist customers via phone and showroom and to perform other inter-office and inventory fulfillment duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with purchases
- Become a flag expert
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and help them make the right purchase
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Help other departments when needed
- Restock shelves
- Keep store clean, organized, and decorate for seasonal displays
- Look up customer history on computer
- Decorate and make displays of new items
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with computers and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent
