We are looking for two friendly, helpful associates to assist customers via phone and showroom and to perform other inter-office and inventory fulfillment duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with purchases
• Become a flag expert
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and help them make the right purchase
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Help other departments when needed
• Restock shelves
• Keep store clean, organized, and decorate for seasonal displays
• Look up customer history on computer
• Decorate and make displays of new items

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with computers and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree or equivalent
