The only problem was the post office held up sorting the container for several days in Kansas City before sending the package on to the next station. It took over ten days to reach me. That was no fault of yours.

Everything looks good on the website. Origin story is refreshing. Wanted a flag made in USA from USA sourced materials. It looks online like the quality I want. The price is excellent. Follow-up: I received my first flag order and was very happy with the overall quality & craftsmanship. I immediately ordered another one of a different type and was just as pleased with it. This is my go-to flag store now.

Ordering was fine shipping was horrible. I bought an item that now is apparently discontinued and the item arrived in pieces. So I had to trash it and get a refund. Very disappointed!!
